wi fi not working with broad band

Hello community!

Since I have updated my iPhone 6 plus with the ios 8.4.1 I am having problems with the wi fi signal going slow or not work and it seems more prevalent with a Virgin fibre broadband. I have noticed that it happens with other broadband users. I have tried to reset the network setting but still no resolution, and I spoken to virgin but it is working fine on my laptop. I know that the update what meant to resolve some of the issues that I mentioned but if any thing it has made it worse.

Has anyone else had any similar problems?
