Itunes won't copy any of my music to my iPhone, help!!

Right, everytime I plug my phone in, it'll start syncing but when it gets to step six where its supposed to copy the music, it just stops. I've look on summary and it only says I can manually manage my videos, not music. I tried dragging my music left onto my Iphone option, didn't work either. Literally about to start sobbing. I updated to the new windows as well as doing the new iPhone update at the same time, so I'm not sure where the issue is.
