my iphone 6 plus wualifies for isight camera replacement, I contacted customer services and they offered a replacement of my phone, they said the replacement is new, is it new or is it refurbished? I am very hesitant as my phone is in great condition, I would prefer completely new sealed replacement if that's an option, please help clarifying this, thanks in advance.

thanks for the reply, they are actually sending a replacement, they took my card details and will be sending a replacement early next week, not dure whether it is a refurbished, reconditioned or new one.
That's awesome. If they are sending you one first it can be either new or like new.

The Isight Replacement take to many time or the change it fast? I need to know that because I really need the phone for my work.
