Q: Does the Lion OS restrict/ not allow four finger gestures on the trackpad?

My other mac (same model, 2008, let's call it macA) will allow it, but this one (macB) will not. MacB is running OS Lion. Please help and thank you in advance!

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Nope you should be able to use all of these gestures in Lion or above: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204895
Check your system preferences > Trackpad > More Gestures

No, see, it does not have a "More Gestures" option (please check out the screenshot I shared).

This is from System Preferences>Trackpad>More Gestures:
The image you posted is from a Mac with an earlier OSX.
