How to add Flickr as upload location

Hi,

While attempting to upload a slow motion video to flickr, I noticed there was not an flickr option, only "message, Mail and YouTube", then on the 'more' section there is only Facebook and Vimeo added. When selecting photos there is a option of Flickr, but not with videos or slow motion videos.

How to add this option?
