MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) Not Charging

When I initially tried to charge it the charging icon showed up, but it was not increasing. Now about an hour all of that it says it isn't charging despite being plugged in. I've tried using a different charger, outlet, and using a toothpick to get the dust out of the charger. It is about to run out of batter so here is the power info.
