I've tried a hard reboot (power and home button) its on charge, off charge and also i cant afford a new phone and no apple stores nearby.

Hold the POWER and HOME buttons at the same time for a long time - at least 30 seconds, or until an Apple logo appears. If nothing at all appears after 30 seconds of holding your phone is broken. Take it to an Apple store for diagnosis.
I cant take to an apple store as I dont live near one and phone has a crack on the screen,but this was done a long time ago and never affected anything.
Then you will have to contact Apple for a mail-in repair.
They wont repair it, it happened with my last phone and this time i cannot afford a new one and i cant afford repairs either.
Why won't they repair it? Unless you or someone else opened it they will replace it for $149. And if the problem is only the battery it is $79.
Repairs are to expensive, £96.81 (149$) is too expensive for me. And I have had my screen replaced by someone else so that's why as well. I am only 15 so I don't get much money, not nearly enough to save up before I go back to school in September and that is when i need my phone the most. Thankyou for your help though:)
If you had the screen replaced by someone else then Apple will not honor the £97 exchange.
I had to, as there was no apple stores near by and it was a very fast solution.
After 5 hours, its just naturally turned itself on, im glad about this, but thanks for your help:)
