Moved country, closed old bank account, can't change country without old bank account

Hi, I recently moved from Australia back to Ireland and closed my bank account. I tried to change my country but it won't let me until I verify my Australian bank card which is cancelled. I've tried to use my Irish bank account but it won't let me do that either. I'm really lost, I don't want to have to delete all my apps and photos over this. Thanks for your help.
