My iPhone 4s is using mobile data even though the data button is off

HI all. I have a iPhone 4S. It keeps using mobile data even though for most of the time I use it on Wi-Fi. App Store has used 82.2 MB of data even though I have the App Store button switched off. Can any body please help?

In Settings > Cellular, try resetting the statistics at the bottom and turn off the main cellular data switch at the very top for at least an hour. See if it still shows usage.
