the app store has no normal apps for example skype is not there nor the famous candy crush what do i do?

About 2 weeks ago i had to force quite safari becuase i had a message saying to call a strange number for support so i did and tgen hung up after i realized it was a phony number noe my app store isnt tge one apple provides. None of the apps are there (skype, candy crush ect.)
