cannot signout from icloud on iphone 6

I have iPhone 6 and when I want to sign out icloud id from my phone the message appear

cannot de-register this iPhone from icloud and some time message remains and my id is sign out I tried my 2nd id and even a creat a new id but problem is same. another thing I cannot of keychain

kindly help me out and sorry for my bad English 🙂
