Is it possible for an iPhone 4 to be repaired after falling in water for over 15 minutes?

Is it worth it for me to take my iphone 4 to be repaired at a genus bar after being in water at least 15 minutes?

iPhone 4s (8GB), iOS 7.0.1

Repaired, no. But you can purchase an out of warranty replacement.
