Macbook Pro Retina 2015 SLOW internet

I got a new Macbook Pro Retina 2015 15in and my internet is really slow. It takes about 60 seconds to connect to wifi and even when connected to an ethernet cable it is really slow - any suggestions?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
