Few photos are appearing back again and again and multiple copies even I deleted it from camera roll, moments, recently deleted and iCloud photos as well.
What should I do to stop this? Somebody help me please.

Back it up to iTunes, restore the iPhone, then reload your backup. Tell us if that fixes your issue 🙂

IF I do I'll loose my jaolbreak. Is there any other option please?
The only supported configuration is the Apple iOS therefore that is all we can discuss on this website. If you need support for a jailbroken device, you would need to go to whatever site you used to jail break it.
