why am i not able to sync some of my apps.the computer is authorized
this is a new phone.when I try to restore fron backup,im told some apps can be reinstalled because this computer is not authorized.the computer is authorized.

You only have apps from one iTunes account in that iTunes library, or if you have multiple accounts all of them are authorised ? You could also try the steps on this page : If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer - Apple Support
