Can Apple Music downloads be synced to an iPod touch?

I've downloaded items from Apple Music , but cannot put them on my iPod

Regarding iPod touches, they can only be put onto a fifth or sixth generation one running iOS 8.4 or newer, and may need to be redownloaded directly from the iTunes Store instead of being synced.

No, Apple Music can not be synced to another device. Al devices with Apple Music have to be subscribed to Apple Music and download the songs directly.
