Lack of photos in icloud account

Hello,

I lost my iphone 5c 2 weeks ago. I had used it for 2 years and there was a lot of photos in it. Of course I'd logged in my icloud account on that iPhone to back up my data and photos as well.

Unfortunately, when I logged in the same account to ipad mini and ipod touch, the account only restored photos from a month ago.

Anyone please help me 😟((

Welcome to the Apple Community.

It sounds as though you are using photo stream which only keeps photos in the cloud for 30 days. In order to recover your photos, you will need to have backed up the phone and had the back up of photos turned on, you will then need to use that back up to restore to a replacement device.
