Backup too long ago, recent photos deleted

Recently I ran out of storage, and turned my phone off, and it would only come up with the apple logo. So I was forced to restore my iPhone to the latest iTunes backup, which turned out to be a month ago and I have lost all my recent photos. The latest iCloud backup was even later. Is there any way to get my photos back? They were in my photo stream at some point, but I deleted them. So is there any way to get back deleted photo stream photos? Thanks
