i have a free US account and now every time i try to download any free app it says verification required and it asks me to fill my credit card data although that I've selected none since I've created my accoun!!!! Any help please.

All iTunes accounts are free. Are you currently in the US ? Being asked for card details is a way of confirming that you have a valid billing address in that country - after you enter your card's details you should be able to remove them
The problem is that i don't have a credit card. That's why I selected None, and it was working before without entering credit card
Are you currently in the US, or trying to use the US store from another country (which is not allowed) ? If you are in the US then you can try contacting US support and see if they can stop the message showing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
If you aren't in the US then retry when you are in the US and see if it shows

No, and you have to be in the US country to use its store - you can only use the store of the country where you currently are.
