Video taken at 60fps, brought into 30p timeline, slowed to 25% shows smooth within fcpx, but choppy onces exported to compressor?

So as the title says...Video taken at 60fps, brought into 30p timeline, slowed to 25% shows smooth within fcpx, but choppy onces exported to compressor?

I understand that 50% would typically look fine and good as slow-mo and anything lower would look more choppy, however, within fcpx it looked great and smooth. Once ran into compressor it looks choppy. Does anyone know why this is or if I can still get the smooth look after as I see in final cut playback. Or if I have to up it to 50% and extend the clip.

any help appreciated!

Compressor, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
