Space Available in iPhone 6 Plus

Hi,

May I know why space available shown in iPhone and iTunes differs? For my case, iPhone showed 600MB and iTunes showed 2.25GB, which one is correct and reflect actual? How to increase space in iPhone?

To see the "real" space available on the iPhone, go to Settings > General > Usage > Click the first Manage Storage. iTunes can sometimes appear different depending on if you have data that is set to sync or if its just not reading the iPhone correctly. usually performing a sync in iTunes will match these two up, but in the end, if there is a difference, the iPhone's Usage settings will always be accurate.

Hi Jay-Ray, thanks a lot for your reply. I would like to scrutinise available space in iPhone, how to check which allocate the most space? Per iTunes, seems app take up the most space but I does not get the total sum when I sum up each app.

if you connect it to iTunes

navigate to the phone

click apps

in the dropdownbox you can set it to sort by size

then the list will display the largest apps in the top
