Suddenly cannot access iTunes-get the message"This iPhone(5s)cannot be used becausethe required software is notinstalled. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install iTunes again-BUT DOESNT SAY ON WHAT -MY IPHONE OR MY PC?hELP PLS
