bootcamp partition is missing

So I wanted to Install Windows 8.1 on my Macbook Pro using Bootcamp. I put the ISO in a USB using Bootcamp assistant and when the mac restarts to Install the windows I get the question "Where do you want the Windows to Install" there I am supposed to choose the driver named BOOTCAMP (according to FAQ on how to install Windows) but I can not find that driver listed and it says Windows cannot be installed to this disk if i choose any other driver.. Please help, its urgent for some school work.. and also in disk utility there is only one driver showing, it is suppose to show Bootcamp there too, no?

This is soo annoying!! I hold the option key while restarting and all I see is Macintosh HD, while on my friends MAC i can see Bootcamp.. and we have same version OS.. How am I suppose to Install Windows on my MAC now since the Bootcamp driver is all missing suddenly.. I need to fix some softwares for some urgent school work..

^thanks for ur reply.. Yeah the BCA creates the partition it even asks me to choose how to divide the size.. but when the Mac restarts after copying windows files to USB and while the windows is installing it asks "Where do you want Windows to Save" like this Photo below (but for me there are showing some other names and none called BOOTCAMP as the picture) and if I click some other name it says Windows cannot be installed to this driver :/ :/ so what Should I do? My problem is at this Step 4 according to the link u sent, when it asks where I want to Install Windows. the driver name called BOOTCAMP isn't there..

From OS X Terminal, please post the output of the following commands...

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

Please re-run BCA/Windows installer and let it fail. Post the output of the same commands again. You currently do not have any BC/WIndows partitions. Please disconnect all external disks/storage except your internal disk and the USB Installer.

What year/model is your Mac? Please do not post the serial number of your Mac.
