I just allowed my iPhone 6 Plus to install the latest downgrade from Apple and it destroyed my personal ring tones that I have made a few years ago and use for my alarms every day. How do I get them back?

Never mind - I figured it out - I just had to recreate the folder that Apple wiped out in the iTunes library and then copy the files back in and import them back into the iTunes library and then back in to the iPhone. I will never understand the mindset of someone at Apple who makes the decisions to do things like this to antagonize customers.???
How do I get back my custom ring tones?
