Is there a possibility to upgrade ssd (512GB -> 1TB) in a macbook pro retina 15" mid 2014?

Yes, check the iFixit web site for replacements. Availability and pricing may be issues, they are expensive. Note that by installing a SSD, you do void the warranty/Apple care if in effect.
