You found d a forum for an obsolete Apple productivity suite that went "end-of'-life" eight years ago. That was why the change of furms was recommended--there is almost no activity here other than misplaced posts.

Understand these are not chat rooms. They are not staffed by Apple but by end-users helping other end-users. Be patient and someone should help in the Developers' forum. Remember it is a summer weekend and many people are traveling to get one more weekend away before September.
