Very slow, please trouble shoo
PPlease trouble shoot this iPad it's slow and touch screen doesn't work very good, thank you

Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down
Until you see Apple Logo .
Then update software to ios 8.4.1 over your WiFi .
If you still have a problem Restore to Factory Settings .
Set back up over your WiFi .
