Multiple Screen issues

I have three screens attached to our Mini Mac

When I have the multiple screens plugged in along with the monitor, there are 2 "PRIMARY" screens with command tabs at the top of the screen.

It will not allow me control any of the other screens and change any settings.

Any suggestions?

I am using OS X Version 10.10.3 with a Mac Mini (Late 2014)
