Just updated Logic pro X to 10.2. When the installation reaches tho point whe it asks for my password the installion seems not to accept the password and the password dialog just jiggles and then sits there doing nothing !
Is it possible to undo the update and go back to the earlier version - if so how
If I have to delete logic completely do I have to pay again for a fresh download ?

If you are sure you are entering your computer password and not your Apple ID one....
Check your Caps Lock key isn't on.....
Thats the most common reason for such issues...

Thanks for the response. i was entering the password for the app store. I actually though that was what was required as it was an app obtained from the store. Fortunately I had retained the password I used when I purchased the Mac.
