my support profile doesn't show voicepass

Hi,

I recently updated my telephone nos on My Support Profile and then I received an email from Apple saying my tel no had been removed from Voicepass! When I went back to the My Support Profile page I couldn't see Voicepass anywhere on the page to restore it. Am I missing something?
