IPod Nano and diagnostics
IPod Nano: When I run diagnostics I get a message saying no IPod found. Yet I can download music to the IPod. How can I make diagnostics find my IPod.

From what I gather, iTunes Diagnostics doesn't recognize the iPod nano which is connected to your PC. If you haven't already, take a look at the article linked below and try running through the general troubleshooting tips that it provides.
