Photos will not link to shutter fly download assistant

I am unable to get the Shutterfly Photo Assistant to appear on my export menu in the new Photos program. I have used Shutterfly before with iPhoto. Does the new upgrade block Shutterfly from easy loading now to drive me to buy photo books only from Apple?

Yosemite and Photos have entirely new architecture and it will be the responsibility of the developers of 3rd party apps to update them to work with the new architecture. Check with Shutterfluy to see if they have a new version.

In the meantime you should be able to upload via Safari as it can access the Photos library by way of the Media browser.
