Preventing IOS8 from saving a visited website even after it has been deleted several times
How can I prevent websites from being saved on the IOS8 Safari page on the IPad2? I delete them but they return.

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you want to erase your history on the iPhone. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
To clear other stored information from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.
To visit sites without leaving a history, turn on private browsing.
