how can i put music on my phone when someone calls

I'm trying to put a good soft music on my devise so every time someone calls they could first hear the song than i answer it.

If you want them to hear a song instead of ringing when they call your number, you will need to speak with your carrier. Most places referred to this as a "Ringback Tone". It has nothing to do with your phone. Its turned on by your carrier at the cellular level.
