No credit card
Does anyone know if I do not have a credit card does it mean that there is no way to use familily sharing and add childrens accounts?

You need a credit card for family sharing with kids under 13. Apple's quote "Before you begin, make sure that you're using a credit card as your iTunes Store and App Store payment method. To comply with child online privacy protection laws, you will use the CVV or security code from a valid credit card as part of providing your parental consent." Source
