How to copy and paste entire text box to create multiple ones on a page

I am trying to make water bottle labels in Pages. I created one text box and now I cannot figure out how to copy that entire text box and paste multiple ones of the same thing so I can print lots on one page. Please help. I am a new Macbook owner, so just trying to figure everything out.

Several ways you can do it, but the fastest is hold down the option key and drag on the edge of the box to duplicate it.

Holding down the shift key restrains the movement to vertical or horizontal.

Select your initial Text box, and from the Pages v5 Arrange tab on the right panel, set Text Wrap to None. Now, each successive command-D will duplicate your original text box and all of the duplications will have Text Wrap set to None. This makes it easy to position all of these Text boxes on the page.

Since the Text box does not by default have a border, you will have a bunch of Text boxes duplicated and overlapping to the southeast. Perform a select all (command-A) to get them all selected. You may need to place temporary borders on them for more accurate placement in your document. Borders are assigned with the Style tab panel.
