When I try to launch Sylenth1 from logicX I getting this error :

validation result : could not be opened
Suddenly, the application does not work anymore , what can I do ?

You must be using a 32 to 64bit wrapper such as 32Lives to use Sylenth in Logic Pro X as LPX does not natively support older 32bit only AU Plugins... of which Sylenth is one..
Update 32Lives or whatever wrapper app you are using.... if there is a new update available... and then unwrap and rescan....
Failing that, stop using Sylenth or... use your backups to roll back to your previous OS X and Logic Pro X configuration.... until such time as an update to your Wrapper app becomes available....
No Backups? A valuable lesson learned I hope!
