How are radio stations removed from the Recently Played list in iTunes 12.2?

Previously, one could edit/remove the stations in this list. However, after recent updates, this is no longer an option. I have seen that others are reporting this issue, but I haven't seen much discussion or any solution.

On a slightly related note, stations added after the update to iTunes 12 do not appear on my Apple TV.
