Persistent bugs in iOS

I've had the same lock screen bug for several years. Attempting to access to the camera, clock and calculator sends me to a blank screen. The light still works though. Happened on iPhone 5 and now 6. Tried multiple DFU restores and nothing works. Restarting clears it temporarily but it comes back within a day or so.

Another persistent bug that has appeared over the last few releases is with audio volume over bluetooth. Sometimes (quite often) when a song or podcast skips to the next in the queue it plays at a reduced volume. I have to restart the song or podcast to get the volume back up.

Any ideas on how to fix this ?

Also is there any way to stop Safari flashing up old websites you've been looking at when you first open it. Talk about a breach of privacy 😠
