Is anyone having trouble with iTunes working on windows10?

I just upgraded my PC to windows10 and I cant seem to get iTunes to work. Is anyone having this issue? Is there any tricks to get it to work? I Download the program but it's telling me that its having trouble removing the previous version of iTunes. Please help.

iPhone 6 Plus, Other OS, Windows10 x64bit

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to remove iTunes to get a new version of iTunes installed. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
