iCloud Drive won't connect to updated iPad Mini version IOS 8.4.1

I can't log on to icloud drive from my ipad. It keeps going to the set up screen. Everything is updated and all buttons are in the green, but overtime i log on all I get is the set up screen. All my other devices will access the iCloud drive except my iPad Mini. I don't think I an doing any thing wrong. Please help.
