how to fix the malfunction volume of my iphone4s

iphone 4s,16gb available 2.0gb use 12.6gb version 8.4.1(12H321) the volume of my phone is not function..how can i fix it?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.4.1

Make sure the Mute/Silent switch is not showing red on the left side of the phone just above the volume buttons. Also, check Settings > Sounds and make sure the volume bar is turned all the way up (to the right). Other than this, if you are still not receiving sounds, you may want to Reset All Settings in Settings > General > Reset. After that, if its still not working you could backup the device, restore the iOS in iTunes, then restore for your backup to get your stuff back. If it still if non-operation, your speaker may need to be replaced.
