Can you have an iTunes account on two different laptops?

This question has probably been asked before but I cant seem to find an answer.

Basically I'm going to university and I have a laptop for home and a different laptop for university (neither are apple computers). My iTunes account is on the laptop I will keep at home but I'm obviously not going to be there most of the time so it would be more convenient to have my account on the one I take to university too. I was just wondering if it possible to have the same account across two laptops, if not what do I do so I can transfer accounts across the PC's when I need to?

Yes, you can use your Apple ID for up to 10 devices. Only up to 5 of those can be computers.

An account is just a username and password with which you purchase content.

I assume that you want your library, which contains your music) on another computer. You can out your iTunes library on multiple computers. Just copy whatever you want to the other computer.
