Please help me with this kernel panic - please read the error report

My MBA mid 2013 i5 4gb ram works totally fine when its on. When i shut the lid or leave it like that it just goes down. When i start again i get this error report which i can't make sense of. Can someone please have a look at it and tell me whats wrong?

By the way I've done SMC. PRAM reset, Reinstalled OS X yosemite, clean install everything.
