Touch screen

My phone Screen ( Iphone 5S) doesn't work sometime, I can't slide to connect communication during time the phone ringing.

after that I press power button to turn off the phone and then turn on phone again, it works as normally. I have this matter 10 time per day.

so, that let me know what wrong? the hardware of the phone demand or software?

Can I bring phone to apple store ( macy mall at first colony) for testing? and How to fix it (replace screen or ...)?
