Q: Finder asks for iCloud password repeatedly at login

Every time I restart my iMac, the Finder repeatedly asks for my iCloud password (like 10-15 times). What is asking for this password and why do I have to enter it so many times?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 12" / Mid 2012

If you've enabled two-step verification for your Apple ID, you must generate an application-specific password and enter it when prompted.

Yes - two-step verification is on, however, my issue has nothing to do with application specific passwords for Messages & FaceTime.  The FINDER repeatedly asks for my Apple ID password AND each time I type it in it prompts me to re-create the App specific passwords.  The Finder prompts, what seems like, a random number of times for the Apple ID password.  I have several Macs, from 10.9.5 to 10.10.5, and this issue happens on all of them.  If I enter the password as many times as it asks, it still asks again (repeatedly) at restart/startup.  I have to leave two-step enabled in order to use certain internal Apple resources, so turning it off is not an option.  Something is obviously pooched with two-step verification and/or certain settings file(s), etc.  Any ideas?  I do not want to have to go through removing the Apple ID from each computer and then have to go back through all the hoops to get it back on each system.
