how do I change the questions which verify my identity? Seems I cannot remember the answers. I've tried.

My questions are not answerable as foolishly I seem to have more than one favorite teacher. How do I access them to chnge them? My rescue email is not forwarding to me, anymore.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1

Go to that address and check its inbox and spam filter. If you don't find the email, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
