Aug 30, 2015 4:07 PM in response to cass_bandit6by ChrisJ4203,You can check this support document about hold charges with a credit card iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support but they will generally be refunding within a couple of days. iTunes uses that to verify that your account is valid. If you have a credit card connected to your account, if it does not have funds, then you cannot complete the transaction. That is another way they verify a good card and account.
