Errors occurred during installation before iTunes could be configured

I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 7000 (with Windows 10) and keep attempting to install iTunes, resulting in the following error: "Errors occurred during installation before iTunes could be configured. Your system has not been modified. To complete the installation, run the installer again."

I have tried all suggestions from other discussions, including turning off anti-virus software and Windows Firewall, and running the installer as an administrator. There is nothing on my computer, as it is brand new, and I do not understand why a program as universal as iTunes will not install. I took my computer to the store where I purchased it. Their support team looked at it for an hour and gave up. Any other suggestions?
