How do i increase font size in Menu Bar, Favorites, Tabs?

Unless an individual application lets you change font sizes, the main way to enlarge all fonts everywhere is to reduce the screen's resolution. You can also avail yourself of the Zoom feature in Accessibility preferences. Select Zoom from the list.

What version of OS X are you using? Did you find Zoom in Accessibility preferences? Once you select it, then you need to use the options on the right to enable it the way you want.

I believe that is controlled by:

enabling the Use scroll gesture with modifier keys to zoom. The example above would be holding down the Control key while manipulating the scroll direction of the mouse or mouse wheel. Click on More Options button for additional controls.
